Architect: Clark & Russell. Designed in the Classical Revival style and originally the Hyde Park Library, it is located at 35 Harvard Avenue. The building is a gift to the community from local resident Edward Ingersoll Brown. It becomes a branch of the Boston Public Library in 1912. An addition is built in 2000.*
